Mrs Mary Iyabo Jacob-Lot

CEO

Mary Iyabo Jacob-Lot is the Founder and CEO of Romay. She is an astute businesswoman and real estate developer with experience in banking, tourism, and the hospitality industry.  Romay Nigeria Limited which was incorporated in 1983 to carry on business in various area of the economy which includes real estate, property development, hotel and health farm management.

Mrs Mary Jacob-Lot is widely known and loved for her philanthropy and is extremely generous. She ran a program called, Feed the Poor, for many years in Jos, Plateau State. She has mothered many apart from her biological children. She has educated numerous people and established people in careers and businesses.

Mrs. Nanbam Danjuma

DIRECTOR

A competent and highly skilled business administrator, real estate developer and philanthropist with experience in the hospitality industry, estate management, personnel management, community service in healthcare and certification in education.  Her primary education was in England at the Wadhurst Christian School for Young Ladies, East Sussex and obtained her Oxford GCE ‘O’ levels. She is a holder of a degree in Business Administration from the University of Jos, where she graduated with honors.

She began her career as an Administrative officer in International Merchant Bank for her Youth Service. She joined Lomay Nigeria Limited as a marketing manager and rose to become the general manager.  She proceeded to Romay Sales Nigeria Limited as the General Manager of the Estate Department.

She is politically active in the Plateau Central zone. She has a passion for philanthropy and reflects her heart of service under the auspices of her not-for-profit organization ‘Created for Good Works’. The organization’s principal activity is medical outreaches to vulnerable communities.

Mrs. Kiyenpiya Mafuyai

DIRECTOR/GENERAL COUNSEL

A solicitor with vast experience in the public and private sectors. A human rights activist trained in the art of monitoring, investigation,  documentation,   dispute resolution, mediation, negotiation and legal draftsmanship. She is a holder of a Masters degree in Law from the University of Jos.

She began her career as a Public Prosecutor with the Ministry of Justice of Plateau State for four years. Thereafter, she changed her vocation and moved to the private sector as an in-house solicitor in the Legal Department of the foremost middle belt regional bank, (now defunct) Lion Bank of Nigeria Plc for up to 10 years. There she facilitated board meetings, general meetings and oversaw the litigation, property and legal commercial transactions of the bank. She played a critical role in the merger and acquisition process of the bank. She continued her career in the Legal Department of Diamond Bank (now Access Bank Plc).

Desiring to return to her profession she joined the National Human Rights Commission in 2012, where she is currently working as an Assistant Director, Legal & Enforcement. She heads the Legal and Investigations Departments of the Plateau State office.

Mrs. Kiyeran Lot-Mohammed

DIRECTOR

An international education administrator, with professional expertise in teaching, managing students with special needs and administration. She holds a  degree in Psychology and a Masters in Special Education from universities in the United Kingdom. She has been teaching in inner-city London for over 20 years and a Head Teacher or Senior Manager for fifteen years; at the forefront of effective school leadership, organisational change, outstanding OFSTED inspections and borough-wide community projects.

She has a plethora of experiences in being the face of an organisation after being a senior manager for so many years as well as the Strategic Head of the Centre. Professionalism and pursuit of excellence are second nature to her. She has a successful record of partnership work with a wealth of professionals like, clinicians, police, social workers and lawyers; these relationships have made an effective change to the lives of children and their families.

She is currently the Head Mistress of a primary school in London, England.

Mr. Plang Jacob-Lot

DIRECTOR

Founder and Managing Director of Selecture Africa an Executive Search and Recruitment Company and Clapland Group.  He has over 15 years’ Executive Search and Recruitment experience working on senior assignments within the Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, Technology and Telecommunications industries, sourcing candidates globally for clients based in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Plang has covered the Africa region for over 10 years working with some highly reputable organisations. He was formerly Head of Talent Acquisition Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for setting up and managing the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process in 14 countries.

Mr. Panmun Jacob-Lot

DIRECTOR

A competent business administrator certified in business marketing with experience in accounting and care home management. Worked in the accounting department of Britain’s biggest privately owned cash and carry group, Bestway Wholesale.  Found greater fulfilment in assisting people with special needs and so currently manages a home for residents with special needs in the United Kingdom.

Arc Benjamin Danjuma

COO

Benjamin Angyu Danjuma is the Principal Partner and CEO of KOFFMANN CONSULTANTS LIMITED, a thriving Architectural practice in Nigeria. He was educated at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Nigeria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degreein Architecture and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Architecture. He proceeded to McGill University, Montreal, Canada, where he obtained a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. Thereafter he worked with Union Bank of Nigeria as the Area Architect, Jos Area Office.

In 1993 he proceeded to start an Architectural Consultancy Practice, Koffmann Consultants, where he was the main consultant. In 2012, Koffmann Consultants was upgraded to a limited liability company, Koffmann Consultants Limited, where Architect Danjuma became the Principal Partner and CEO.

Architect Danjuma is registered with both the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). Koffmann Consultants Limited is also registered with the two professional bodies.

 

Mr. Gbenga Olagoke

FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Gbenga has had a diversified exposure (over 30 years) in the nation’s banking, manufacturing, public sector and Oil & Gas industries. He is a Financial advisory consultant, project management consultant, tax consultant, business development researcher and an External Auditor. He started his career in 1989 with Remo Local Government, Ogun State and subsequently worked with Great Merchant Bank Ltd, Lagos where he resigned as a Deputy Manager in December 1997 to join Fountain Trust Bank Plc (FTB).

At FTB, at different times, he was Head of Accounts, Head of Audit and Group Head of Credit Risk Management. Upon banking consolidation in January 2006, he became a staff of Spring Bank Plc (now Heritage Bank) as Head of Credit Policy until January 2009. Gbenga subsequently worked as the Managing Partner of MOLA Consulting & Investment Services Ltd (a position he still holds).

Gbenga, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November, 1991. He also holds HND degree in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and MBA degree in Operations and Project Management from The Catholic University of Murcia, Spain.

He was a member of the committee set up by NDIC and CBN to carry out a forensic audit on treasury activities of Great Merchant Bank Limited in 1995 and also served as a member of the prosecution team alongside Senator Kanu Agabi (the former Attorney General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria) at Enugu failed banks tribunal in 1996.
